Tollyclub Mini Cruise Trifecta

• The Autumn Cruise to Port Orchard is the second event in our Seasonal Trifecta.
• Everyone attending this event along with the Spring Mini Cruise (Bell Harbor) and Winter Mini Cruise (La Conner) will be entered in the draw for a chance to win free registration to a mini of their choice in 2024.

Notes

• Online registration opens on Friday, September 29
• Deadline to register is Saturday, October 14 at 11:55 p.m. (PDT).
• Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
• If you plan to bring pets with you, please review the Tollyclub Pet Policy.
• This is a “Bring-Your-Own-Chair” event.

Moorage

• Contact Port Orchard Marina for moorage reservations (360-876-5535).
• Make sure to tell them you’re with the Tollycraft event. 
• Payment for your slip will be collected when you call to reserve.

Arrivals

• Arrivals after 1 p.m. Contact Port Orchard Marina for your slip assignment.

50/50 Ticket Sales 4:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

• 5 for $5 or 25 for $20
• Drawing will be held on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.

Docktails 5 p.m. (BYO)

Bratwurst Potluck Dinner 6:15 p.m

• Enjoy some homemade bratwurst on the BBQ!
• Bring your favorite side dish / brat accessory / dessert to share.
• Tables are supplied at the shelters; however, this is a “bring your own chair” event.

Tollyclub SWAG Store 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Enjoy Port Orchard

Ideas for sightseeing within walking distance include: 

• Log Cabin Museum
• Waterfront Loop Trail
• Foot ferry to Bremerton (check arrival/departure times)
• Veteran’s Living History Museum, and of course window shopping in town. 

For sights using an Uber: 

• The Brother’s Greenhouse has a Hobbit House,
• South Regional Park where you can ride a miniature live steamer train, weather depending.

Halloween Costume Contest 2 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

• Submit the name of your favourite costume in the drawing box in the enclosed shelter.
• 1st place will be the costume with the most votes.

50/50 Ticket Sales 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.

• 5 for $5 or 25 for $20
• Winner announced after dinner

Beer Swap Docktails 4:30 p.m.

• Bring your favourite 6-pack of beer to add to the cooler for all to enjoy.
• This can also include cans of wine.

Filipino Dinner on the Docks 6 p.m. ($20/person)

• Join us for a full Filipino dinner! Enjoy lumpia, orange chicken, pork adobo, pancit, rice, vegetables, dessert
• Remember to bring your chair!
• Drawing and prizes for 50/50 raffle at 7:30 p.m.

Registration

• Please do not “reserve” your spot via Facebook or an email to a bridge member.
• Event registration is $20/Tolly or land yacht.
• Saturday’s Filipino Dinner is $20 per person.
• Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
2. Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
