The Port of Kingston has two events happening simultaneously on the weekend of September 21. The Tollycraft Cruise and the Kingston Coho Fishing Derby. We are limited to 20 slips so register early and please book moorage BEFORE registering online.
Once again, the Tollycraft Boating Club is invited to join the Kingston Cove Yacht Club for dinner. Due to the venue’s capacity, they have allotted 40 tickets to the Tollyclub for their Western Cowboys and Cowgirls costume party. So please register early and note the limit of 2 tickets per registration.
While the registration deadline is Monday, September 16, we encourage you to register early, especially if coming by Tolly and/or wanting to attend the Kingston Cove Yacht Club dinner.
Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
50/50 ticket sales (5 for $5 or 25 for $20). Winner announced after Friday’s potluck dinner.

5 p.m. Dinner at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club
Join the Kingston Cove Yacht Club for an evening of western costumes, whiskey tasting and great food.
$45 per person (food AND whiskey tasting)
$25 per person (food only)
Dinner includes: ribs, corn on the cob, coleslaw, cowboy beans, rolls, and cobbler with ice cream for dessert and the bar is open for those not wanting whiskey.
Prizes for the best dressed cowgirls and cowboys
Saturday’s 50/50 takes place at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club dinner and is in support of the Kingston Youth Sailing Program.

Notes
Event registration deadline: Monday, September 16 at 11:55 p.m. (if planning to attend by Tolly and/or the Kingston Cove Yacht Club dinner, please register early).
Event registration is $10/Tolly or land yacht.
If you and your crew plan to attend dinner at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club, please select that option when you register.
Tickets to the dinner at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club are limited to 2 tickets per registration.
Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
