Tollyclub Mini Cruise Trifecta

• The Mid Sound Mini Cruise is the final event in our Sound Trifecta.
• Everyone attending this event along with the South Sound Mini Cruise (Tacoma) and North Sound Mini Cruise (Anacortes) will be entered in the draw for a chance to win free registration to a mini of their choice in 2024.

Notes

• Online registration opens on Wednesday, September 6
• Deadline to register is Thursday, September 14 at 11:55 p.m. (PDT).
• Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
• If you plan to bring pets with you, please review the Tollyclub Pet Policy.

Moorage

• Contact the Port of Kingston directly to reserve moorage. Please let them know you are with the Tollycraft Boating Club.

Friday, September 22

Arrivals

• Arrivals after 1 p.m. Contact the Port of Kingston for your slip assignment.

Docktails 5 p.m.

• 50/50 ticket sales (5 for $5 or 25 for $20). Winner announced on Saturday.

Potluck Dinner  6 p.m

• Please bring dinner and dessert to share.

Saturday, September 23

Coffee, Tea & Pastries 7 a.m.

Tollyclub SWAG Store 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Enjoy the afternoon in Kingston and/or on the dock

Docktails 4 p.m.

• 50/50 drawing at 4:30 p.m. – must be present to win

Dinner at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club 6 p.m.

• The Tollycraft Boating Club is invited to join the Kingston Cove Yacht Club for a night of whiskey tasting & great food
• 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. in the tent at Mike Wallace Park located in the Port of Kingston
• Dinner includes: ribs, corn on the cob, coleslaw, cowboy beans, rolls, and cobbler with ice cream for dessert
• The bar will be open for those not wanting whiskey
• Prizes for best dressed cowgirl and cowboy
• Price: $40 per person (food & whiskey) OR $20 per person (food only)
• Payment for dinner to be made directly to the Kingston Cove Yacht Club at the dinner.

Registration

• Please do not “reserve” your spot via Facebook or an email to a bridge member.
• Event registration is $10/Tolly or land yacht.
• If you and your crew plan to attend dinner at the Kingston Cove Yacht Club, please select that option when you register.
• Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
2. Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
