Tollyclub Mini Cruise Trifecta

• The South Sound Cruise is the first event in our Sound Trifecta.
• Everyone attending this event along with the North Sound Cruise (Anacortes) and Mid-Sound Cruise (Kingston) will be entered in the draw for a chance to win free registration to a mini of their choice in 2024 (excludes moorage).

Notes

• Online registration opens on Friday, June 30.
• Deadline to register is Friday, July 21 at 11:55 p.m. (PDT).
• Tollycraft Boating Club events are GREEN events. Bring your own plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc to breakfast, docktails and dinners to help us reduce the waste generated by the disposable versions.
• Remember to pack chairs to join us comfortably on the docks.
• This is a two potluck cruise – please plan to contribute to the Friday and Saturday potlucks.

Moorage

• Participants are responsible to contact Dock Street Marina (253-250-1906) to reserve their moorage.
• If you plan to attend by Tolly, please ensure you have secured your moorage prior to registering for the event. And of course all land yachts are welcome to register and join our Tolly fun!

Friday, July 28

Arrivals

• Contact Dock Street Marina (253-250-1906) to reserve their moorage.
• Make sure to tell them you’re with the Tollycraft event.

Docktails 5:30 p.m.

• 50/50 ticket sales (5 for $5 or 25 for $20). Winner announced on Saturday after dinner.

Potluck Dinner #1  6 p.m.

• Theme: “Jamaica me a Potluck” Well did you? Start the countdown to the 2024 Tollyclub Rendezvous with Tollyribbean themed potluck dishes.

Saturday, July 29

Coffee, Tea & Doughnuts 6:30 a.m.

Dinghy Fun! 10:45 a.m.

• Get your dinghy out and join us for a game of Captain’s Blind Balloon Scoop.

Lunch 12 p.m.  & 12:45 p.m. (Fish Peddler)

• Join us for lunch at the Fish Peddler. Depending on the group size, this may be as one group or two.
• Restaurant is located above the public dock, so we’ll dinghy over.

Registration

• Please do not “reserve” your spot via Facebook or an email to a bridge member.
• Event registration is $10/Tolly or land yacht.
• Please indicate if you and your crew is planning to attend lunch at the Fish Peddler.
• Everyone is welcome to join our Tolly Fun! If your Tolly is not currently registered with the Tollycraft Boating Club, there is a non-member surcharge to cover expenses associated with the event. Following the event, you will receive a discount code to join the Tollycraft Boating Club. The code is valid for 30 days and saves you $10 off the new member registration fee

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations made prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund of the registration fee minus a 10% administration fee.
2. Cancellations made after the registration deadline are not eligible for a refund.
