At this point your registration details have been submitted to the Tollyclub. You will now receive an email with details on how to complete payment. Please be patient, there may be a delay of up to 48 hours as registrations are processed.
- Full refunds (minus 10%) are available for cancellations until May 20.
- Between May 21 and June 2 cancellations receive partial refunds:
- Rendezvous registration: $75
- Dinner tickets: 50%
- There are no refunds after June 2.

Rendezvous Cancellation Form
Moorage at Roche Harbor
- The Rendezvous registration fee does not include moorage. Payment for your moorage is completed directly with the marina staff once you arrive at Roche Harbor. And they come to your slip!
- There is no charge for moorage on Wednesday. Check-in is after 1 p.m. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE before 12 p.m.
- For special requests (buddy boats, specific slips), please include them when you register for the Rendezvous. These are not guaranteed.
- Slip assignments are completed by Roche Harbor staff β we will send your boat details along with any special requests to them after you complete your registration.
- Upon entering Roche Harbor contact the Harbor Master on Channel 78A for a slip assignment. Let the Harbor Master know you are with the Tollycraft Rendezvous. Roche Harbor dock staff will be there to assist you with docking.
- Depending on the size of your boat and the size of the slip you are assigned, you may share with another Tolly member β a great way to get know more people.
Entering Roche Harbor

Roche Harbor Dock Staff
Roche Harbor provides a dock staff member to assist us throughout the Rendezvous. Roche Harbor requests that you contact a bridge member if you need anything, and not ask them directly.
Volunteers make our Rendezvous great! A couple hours (or so) of help ensures everyone has a wonderful experience.
During registration you will select your volunteer preference. Once registration is complete, a volunteer schedule will be sent so you can plan your weekend.
- Morning Coffee: Greet guests, make coffee, transfer coffee to urns, provide water for kettle (tea), tidy food area as necessary. Clean up at the end of service.
- Cheeseburgers in Paradise Dinner: Assist with meal prep, organize service area, initial cooking and serving | Final cooking, serving and clean-up of cooking and serving area.
- 50/50 and Raffle Ticket Sales: Sell tickets to all participants, ensure all tickets are torn apart. For raffle, assist participants with how to βbidβ on items
- Tolly Store: Sell Tolly SWAG, assist shoppers, tidy store.
- Photography: Take lots of photos!! Upload to our photo library (TBD)
- Potluck Dinner: Set-up tables for serving, keep food service moving, ensure tables are clean following the potluck
- Set-Up / Tear Down: Assist with general set-up and tear down of Rendezvous activities throughout the weekend.
- Pancake Breakfast: Assist with meal prep, organize service area, initial cooking and serving | Final cooking, serving and clean-up of cooking and serving area.
- Games & Activities: Assist with bingo, pet parade marine swap meet and other games and activities.
- Check-In: Greet guests, hand out Rendezvous goodie bags, update attendance list.
Tolly pets are welcome at the Tollycraft Boating Club Rendezvous. Please review our pet policy in advance so everyone as a great event.
Please note Roche Harborβs Drone Policy before taking flight:
Drones are fun for the user, but potentially invasive to others. Because drones can help capture special experiences with photos and videos Roche Harbor will allow Limited Drone Usage for Specific Purposes ONLY.
Generally, approved drone usage will be limited to scheduled events, gatherings, and other specific conditions including weddings, rendezvous, and for publicity purposes.
Under ALL conditions, the drone operator must have Roche Harborβs Authorization form signed by authorized Roche Harbor manager. This signed form must be present while operating a drone on Roche Harbor property. Please contact our front desk to obtain a Flight Authorization Form. The operation is limited to the approved flight plan on authorization form.

Do you have boating items taking up valuable space on your Tolly or your garage? Then bring them to sell at our Marine Swap Meet.
All items must be clearly labeled with you and your Tollyβs names. Please remove any unsold items promptly at the end of the Swap Meet (if we return them, we might include more than you brought).

During our Saturday dinner the following awards are presented:

These awards are determined by secret ballot by all participants. Your ballot is included in your welcome package. During the weekend you will have the opportunity to meet other Tolly owners and see their boats to complete your ballot.

This is our final group event for the Rendezvous and a wonderful memento of the weekend.

Location: Roche Harbor Marina (your Tolly, someone elseβs Tolly, a dinghy, on the main lawn, etc)

Beginning 10 minutes before sunset, the Roche Harbor colors ceremony is a special event each night during the Tollycraft Boating Club Rendezvous.
Accompanied by music, the Roche Harbor staff retire the flags of the Tollycraft Boating Club, Roche Harbor, Washington state, Great Britain, Canada and the United States
Rendezvous participants are encouraged to take part, either on the lawn by the flags or on their Tollys.
Food & Drink
Tollyclub Events are GREEN events. Please bring your own plates, utensils, glasses, etc. to all events (except the 1st Timers Meet & Greet and Saturdayβs final dinner).

Pickleball was invented in 1965 on Bainbridge Island! This is a racket or paddle sport that either two or four players hit a perforated, hollow plastic ball. Like tennis, the players will hit the ball over a net until one side is unable to return the ball or commits a rule infraction.

All pets (with their humans) are welcome to take part in our annual Pet Parade outside the tents. Tollyclub celebrities judge the pets based on the following criteria:
- Theme: How well the Rendezvous theme is portrayed by the pet.
- Personality: How well is the petβs personality reflected?
- Strut: Do the pet and human βownβ the red carpet?
- Creativity: Incorporation of creativity into the overall presentation.
- The pets with the three highest overall scores receive prizes.
Prior to the pet parade, complete the pet information form (included in your goodie bag) to hand to the MC during the Pet Parade.

Winners announced on Friday following dinner. The Tollycraft Boating Club is donating 5% of the proceeds to the Columbia Maritime Museum in support of their new exhibit featuring Mr. Tollefson and other Northwestern boat builders.
